Every product you purchase is under the warranty of the manufacturer.


You can return the product you purchased in the same condition you received it within seven (7) days from the delivery date, without opening/destroying/spoiling the packaging and without using the product. Return the product with a petition or return form that includes the product invoice and your order number.

If there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by keeping a report with the cargo company. Please remember that you have accepted that the cargo company has fulfilled its duty fully after the product is received

The packaging has been opened, used, Returns of damaged or otherwise damaged products are not accepted. and in case of use, the customer is obliged to compensate for the loss of commercial value of the goods due to use. In this case, the product price will be refunded within ten (10) days from the moment the returned product reaches us. The product return fee to the credit card is paid by your bank within 2-6 weeks. Our company has no savings during this period.

Detect any opening, deterioration, breakage, destruction, tearing, use or other situations in the product and its packaging. If the product cannot be returned to the customer in the same condition as when it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be returned and the price will not be refunded.

For malfunctions that may occur after the product reaches the customer, the authorized services of the manufacturer should be contacted.

In cases where the above conditions are met. Shipping costs for returned products will be paid by the customer. It will be done within business days. Your bank may not reflect credit card refunds to your account on the same day. In this case, you need to call your bank's credit card service. After the "Cancelled" warning appears regarding your order, the entire price is refunded to your credit card or the bank to which you made the transfer. Refunds made for installment sales are reflected on your credit card as a positive balance every month by your bank.
